How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Blogmember Heating & Air should have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience phoning or writing to Blogmember Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site you find unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Blogmember Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@blogmember.com with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After That

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and then write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, you can ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For HVAC contractor issues, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
