This policy explains what information Blogmember Heating & Air ("we", "us") gathers when you visit blogmember.com, phone the number listed on the site or fill in a form, and how that information is used and shared. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.
Some information comes straight from you. When you send a form or phone us, you may give your name, phone number, email address, location and a description of the heating or cooling trouble you are having.
Other information is gathered automatically as you browse. That can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the date and time you visited. Calls to the number on this site may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality and billing.
We use what we gather to:
Blogmember Heating & Air is a referral service. When you ask for help, we share your contact details and request with one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can reach you about it. Those providers are separate businesses, and their own privacy practices apply.
We may also share information with companies that help run the site and phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call tracking vendors. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or share, and where those laws apply you may have a right to opt out.
The site may use cookies and similar tools to learn how visitors move through it. Your browser settings let you control cookies. Blocking them may change how parts of the site behave.
Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. Send any request to contact@blogmember.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no way of sending or storing data is completely secure. We keep information only as long as the purposes above require, or as the law requires.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather their personal information.
This policy may change from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
Write to contact@blogmember.com with any question about this policy.
